We have a database system that allows you and your staff to check status of your documents 24/7/365 days a year. In addition, we have email notification when the document has been completed. We also have the capability of emailing bad address reports, due diligences, etc., unless an original is necessary, which we will mail. We have created a Gift Certificate Promotion that should interest all who participate. Points are accumulated based off the invoices you receive. Once you have accumulated fifty (50) points you may request your gift certificate of your choice. Certified will keep track of all points. At any time you can email me at kstalcup@certifiedcps.com and request your certificate. Please allow two (2) to three (3) business days in receiving it.

After receiving your invoice you can keep track of your points.
Any line item fee listed less than $99 is worth one (1) point
Any line item fee listed more than $99 is worth two (2) points

Here is example of how it works:

(For example - if the original address is a bad address and we were authorized to locate a new address)

Again, when your reach fifty (50) points you can email me, and I will send you a Gift Certificate of your choice. Each point is worth $1, so you can accumulate the point/amount and let your points grow as you wish.
